Xu Xiang Zhai was founded in midsummer of 2004, with nature and benevolence as principle of its business establishment and vegetarian buffet for convenience, which corresponds to the current dietary environment and human needs, and is committed to spreading the vegetarian culture of harmony and health preservation. 叙香斋坐落于历史积淀深厚的成贤古街上，七百年文化凝聚，成就了叙香斋得天独厚的人文环境:其面朝国子监，古时学风犹在目前；百步可入孔庙，一仰圣贤洪德；东倚名重天下的皇家寺院雍和宫，礼佛朝宗，上善之选。成贤古街虽为全国历史文化名街，但全无世俗之纷杂，古木郁郁苍苍列于其道，茶坊、书馆，传统主题会所静谧地安坐于古街，讲述着中华文明与东方生活。

Xu Xiang Zhai is located at Chengxian ancient street, with profound historical accumulations, and its seven hundred years of cultural agglomeration has fostered its unique human environment; at its front, is Guo Zi Jian (The Imperial Academy), as if its ancient style of study is still in front of our very eyes; one hundred steps forward, there is the Confucian Temple, where one can look with reverence at the grand virtue of the sage; leaning on its east is the world famous Yong He Gong (The Lama Temple ), a royal monastery, the best place for concerted worship of Buddha. Though a famous ancient street with national history and culture, Chengxian ancient street is not contaminated with the worldly trivialities at all, for verdant ancient trees are lined at both sides, and tea houses, libraries, and chambers with traditional theme are quietly lying along the ancient street, narrating the Chinese civilization and the oriental lifestyle.
